We need to take the time to think more and help preserve the land that is being developed now and how it will impact horse ownership in the future. In fact, not just how we feed our horses, but where we will grow our own food. Isn’t it discouraging to drive by beautiful fields with for sale signs on them that will be future developments. That is especially true if there is some less desirable land near by that has no great potential for growing things that could be used instead. We need to try to bring this to light of county planners as years go by and it is too late.
